 Do lovers of Torah truly have peace? It is possible that the reference is to peace from the evil inclination. According to Chazal, when a person engages in Torah out of love, the Torah saves him from the evil inclination, and therefore lovers of Torah have "great peace," "and there is no stumbling block" to them in the way of transgression.
